Narrative Beat
The warbands of Avalon emerged from the mist with primal grandeur—an awe‑inspiring moment slightly spoiled when a stag‑spirit paused to judge a warrior’s hairstyle, prompting a heated debate about “antler‑compatible grooming.”

Lore

The Wilds of Avalon Fantasy Army Starter Box introduces a faction steeped in ancient druidic tradition, forest magic, and clan‑warrior culture. These are the people of the misty highlands, the deep woods, and the standing‑stone circles—guided by nature spirits, bound by oath, and feared for their uncanny connection to the land.

This starter set embodies classic Celtic‑inspired fantasy armies, druidic warbands, and mythic beast allies, giving players everything needed to begin a full Avalon force with a strong tactical and narrative foundation.

Tactical Role

This Starter Box provides a mobile, magic‑infused combined‑arms foundation, blending:

  • Aggressive melee infantry

  • Accurate woodland skirmishers

  • A druid hero for spellcasting and spirit support

  • A chariot squadron for shock impact

The Wilds of Avalon play as a fast, synergistic, terrain‑advantaged faction—thriving in forests, hills, and rough ground while overwhelming enemies with mobility and spirit‑magic.
