Aurethil Court Elves — Light Cavalry

Aurethil Light Cavalry are swift, high‑path outriders mounted upon wind‑bred steeds whose lineage traces back to the sky‑gardens of the Court. Their armor is lighter than that of their heavy counterparts, woven with dawn‑silver filigree and sky‑silk fabrics that shimmer like morning light. Their lances, bows, and curved blades are crafted for speed, precision, and elegant lethality.

These riders serve as the Court’s eyes, wings, and first strike, patrolling the high paths, harrying enemy flanks, and guiding larger formations with serene discipline. Their steeds move with uncanny grace, responding to subtle gestures and wind‑speaker cues that make their formations feel more like flowing currents than military units.

Light Cavalry embody the Aurethil identity in precision mobility, disciplined skirmish warfare, and sky‑aligned martial elegance.

Aurethil Light Cavalry excel in harassment, rapid redeployment, flank pressure, screening, and precision pursuit, making them indispensable for commanders who rely on mobility and battlefield control. Their speed allows them to strike vulnerable points, withdraw before retaliation, and shape engagements long before the main lines clash.

Field them when you need a unit that moves like wind, strikes like a whisper, and turns battlefield positioning into an art form across any system‑neutral fantasy ruleset.
