Narrative Beat
In the grand Martian tradition of creating units that look like they were designed by a committee of scavenger‑philosophers who worship broken machinery, the Drift Scavengers creep across the battlefield with the unsettling confidence of creatures who know every secret buried beneath the Martian dust — because they put most of it there.
Lore
The Martian Cyborg Drift Scavengers are biomechanical salvage‑constructs engineered in the scrapyard‑temples of the Red Frontier, where technopriests fuse living alloy musculature with adaptive scavenger frames. These units are not frontline fighters — they are opportunistic harvesters, battlefield infiltrators, and techno‑ritual collectors who gather wreckage, energy cores, and fallen cybernetic biomass to fuel the Martian war machine.
Tactical Role
Drift Scavengers operate as utility‑recon hybrids, ideal for commanders who want battlefield control through resource manipulation and disruption.
