Narrative Beat
In a moment of improbably dramatic choreography, the Blade Dancers appeared — which is usually the universe’s way of warning everyone that something very fast and very pointy is about to happen.
Lore
Wood Elf Blade Dancers are the wild‑heart elites of the sylvan hosts, known across classic fantasy wargaming for their acrobatic combat style and ritualistic battle rites. Drawn from clans that revere motion as sacred language, they fight with twin blades that shimmer like living silver, weaving through enemy lines with impossible grace. Their signature detail — ritual tattoos that glow faintly beneath moonlight — marks them as oathbound guardians of ancient forest sanctuaries. Tactical Role
Wood Elf Blade Dancers operate as hyper‑mobile shock infantry, ideal for commanders who rely on precision strikes and fluid battlefield disruption. Their speed, evasive movement, and high‑tempo melee output make them perfect for flanking, collapsing weak points, and eliminating vulnerable targets before they can respond. In any fantasy wargaming system, they shine when used to exploit openings created by archers or spearmen, turning positional advantages into decisive breakthroughs.
