Narrative Beat
The Storm Cyborgs activated with a dramatic crackle of electricity—an impressive display slightly undermined by the fact that half of them immediately argued over whose turn it was to look menacing.
Lore
Storm Cyborgs are the Ratfolk Warrens’ most volatile fusion of scavenged machinery, bio‑tinkering, and sheer rodent audacity. Known for their crackling energy coils, reinforced plating, and unpredictable surges of lightning‑charged aggression, they embody classic ratfolk cyborg units, electro‑augmented tunnel warriors, and fantasy techno‑vermin shock troops. Their enhancements are equal parts brilliance and hazard, making them feared by enemies and nervously respected by everyone else in the Warrens.
Tactical Role
Storm Cyborgs operate as shock assault specialists, delivering high‑impact charges and disruptive energy bursts that break formations and fry lightly armored foes. Their cybernetic augmentations grant burst‑speed mobility, electrical area pressure, and high‑risk, high‑reward melee output. Commanders field them when they need electro‑charged shock infantry, tunnel‑breach cyborgs, or morale‑breaking lightning units across any fantasy system.
