Imperial Swordsmen don’t just hold the line—they decide where the line is.
The Imperial Human Swordsmen are the disciplined melee backbone of the High Crown Dominion, trained in the Dominion’s centuries‑old sword schools where precision, formation discipline, and battlefield adaptability define every strike. Their armor—steel‑plate over quilted gambesons—marks them as professional soldiers rather than levied militia. Each carries the Dominion’s signature broad‑sword and tower‑kite shield, allowing them to pivot between defensive formations and aggressive pushes.
Their silhouette is intentionally IP‑safe, grounded in classic fantasy human archetypes: steel helms, layered plate, and clean, historical‑inspired lines. They embody the faction’s ethos of order, discipline, and formation warfare.
Imperial Swordsmen serve as flexible melee infantry, ideal for commanders who need a unit that can:
-
hold a formation with shield‑wall discipline
-
counter‑charge enemy infantry
-
support spearmen with decisive close‑range pressure
-
anchor flanks while cavalry maneuvers
-
operate as the “glue” between ranged and heavy units
They’re the Dominion’s most adaptable infantry—never the flashiest, always the most reliable.
