Northern Despoilers - Heavy Cavalry

Despoiler Heavy Cavalry are brutal mounted shock troops riding corrupted war‑beasts bred in the frozen pits and toxic stables of the Northern Despoilers. Their steeds are hulking monstrosities — bone‑plated shoulders, mutation‑grown horns, frost‑scarred hides, and eyes that glow with feral malice. Some resemble twisted horses, others mutated boars or reptilian chargers, and a few defy polite description entirely.

The riders are no less horrific: armored in bone‑forged plates, wielding corrupted lances, cleavers, or mutation‑spiked polearms. Their bodies often show signs of the same rituals that shaped their mounts — fused limbs, frost‑bitten growths, or ember‑scarred flesh. Together, rider and beast form a single catastrophic organism built for speed, impact, and terror.

Heavy Cavalry embody the Northern Despoilers’ identity in mounted brutality, corrupted momentum, and monstrous battlefield dominance.

Despoiler Heavy Cavalry excel in shock charges, armored breakthrough, terror projection, and flanking devastation, making them indispensable for commanders who rely on overwhelming force and corrupted mobility. Their mutated mounts smash through infantry lines, their riders deliver catastrophic melee strikes, and their combined presence breaks morale long before weapons land.

Field them when you need a unit that charges like a landslide, hits like a bad prophecy, and turns the battlefield into a cautionary stampede across any system‑neutral fantasy ruleset.
